FAQ

What is your typical MOQ?
Depends on product and factory. As a rule of thumb: knits 500–1000 per style/color, wovens 600–1200, accessories from ~300. We can often aggregate SKUs to meet thresholds.
Lead times?
Sampling: 2–4 weeks (depending on trims/fabric). Bulk: 45–75 days after PO & PP sample approval. We set milestones and track them weekly.
Incoterms & payment terms?
Commonly EXW/FOB; CIF/DDP on request. Typical payments: deposit + balance against documents (e.g., 30/70 or 20/80). We align terms to project risk and supplier policy.
How do you manage quality?
Inline and final inspections with AQL (typically Level II). Checklist covers measurements, workmanship, packaging and labelling. Reports with photos and corrective actions.
Can you sign NDAs / protect IP?
Yes. We use mutual NDAs and a vendor Code of Conduct. Tech packs and patterns are shared on a need‑to‑know basis with secure storage.
Do you handle pilot runs?
We can arrange paid sampling and small pilots to validate fit and quality before scaling. When possible, we combine SKUs or production windows to meet MOQs.
